Great practice! Sandy was amazing at training our naughty pup, Luka, impulse control- completely changed our relationship with him. Hannah also super trainer at puppy preschool/primary school. The vets are so lovely, patient - Luka likes going to the vet. The vet nurses amazing looking after Luka after an incident consuming a lemon and being fixed. Great communication from the practice. I highly recommend these lovely people. I called about our sick cat and within 2 hours he was seen and in surgery, they stayed after hours too. They were kind, patient and so caring - for both us and our gorgeous kitty.

The treatment of Boykin was great.However, one slight problem arose. A practice nurse (present for my appointment with Phillipa Bagnall Friday 26,) put the flea/worm treatment almost on Boykins back, rather than behind his head. Consequently he has been licking at it ever since, which upsets his appetite and surely the effectiveness is lost ?
