Love this friendly little BWS. Very convenient to pop in straight from Woolies and pick up my Woolworths Rewards bonus buys and anything else I need. Always super helpful and a good selection all round.

At 4.45pm today the BWS employee Steve spoke abusively to a woman customer and bullied her with exaggerated application of BWS procedures .This is all recorded on BWS in-store security.Please confirm that this employee’s behaviour is inconsistent with BWS training procedures.

More out of date beers, furphy this time, at least they were only 3 months out of date. Basically beware anything reduced or on special…or go to Dan’s.

I had my worst customer service experience in this liquor store, I was prevented from buying since according to the staff he refused to validate my ID to confirm my age.
