Fantastic service always

Request for quote sent to this business by the B&D site. Received a phone call about 4 days later, not 2 business days as quoted in B&D email. Representative said he was doing a job in Benalla and almost insisted that I take time off work to meet him on site to quote. I explained this wasn't possible and told him what I wanted and asked him to go and have a look at the job. That was 3 days ago and have heard absolutely NOTHING!!!!. This company obviously doesn't give a stuff about prospective customers. Have another company , from interstate, quoting on the job now.

We are really happy with our new fence. The guys were very professional and personable. Highly recommend this Company.

As a BND service agent this company fails. No follow up after several calls over several months, no notification of on site inspection within a reasonable time frame (given ten minutes warning), no quote provided as per instructions given, then told to F off when asked if they even wanted the job after being hung up on twice. Avoid these people and get BND to provide a different agents details.

Had a little bit of an odd request, I wanted a LARGE aviary built in panels so that I can extend it in the future and break it down into two aviaries, if needed for my cockatoos; the guys were fantastic and worked with me so that I had exactly what I wanted and brought my basic plans to life! Great customer service, fast turnaround, reliable and very good at what they do! Even though my request wasn't of the norm! 100% recommend for anything! They are happy to work with you to get exactly what you want!

There is on really negative review I just read, The one from Benalla, I had to say this is to do with B&D company and not STY Steel. There is also a credited B&D installer in Wodonga that is claiming to be the only credited installer in the area.I had this B&D credited installer from Wodonga come and give us a quote in Wangaratta, Advertisers on radio as the only credited B&D roller door installer in the area, We knew better and had STY Steels in Wangaratta which is also a credited B&D roller door installer!The quote was for the 2 same roller doors but a $1000 cheaper, Service was A1, Came over quickly to give a quote and advise. I could not be happier with the service and our new Garage Doors.If you live in Wangaratta or in the nearby country towns do yourselves a favour and call Adrian at STY Steel for a credited B&D roller doors installer. Not the guy in Wodonga.

Rang at 4.50 for a urgent repair job. After waiting the phone was hung up. Rang back at 4.55 and phone rang out.

The guys at STY in Wang always look after me, are always happy to spend as much time as it takes to make sure I get exactly what I want, no matter how small a job.They have cut steel at short notice, punched holes at short notice and always happy for me to walk around the site and inspect/choose before I buy.
