Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of choices, reasonable prices.

The sales lady was helpful, however when she offered the membership she didn’t explain very well how the mechanics work which made us (customers) confused. She told us that we’re not paying for the membership when we asked her and we get the discount. Could have clearly said that we pay for the membership and we get discounts. Otherwise, good service overall.

Female staff I spoke to on the phone were not willing to help and had bit rude attitude. I used to take much better customer services from this store, but maybe staff were changed since then. No positive feeling toward this store anymore.

The only adairs store I went to out of 4 who A approached me and asked for help. B when they didn't have an item looked up other stores for me. And c didn't look at me in horror when I brought my child in with me so she could look and choose her own items.Thanks ladies, will definitely be back!

I’ll start off by saying I made a mistake and ordered the wrong sized quilt online.Once I realised, I tried to contact Adairs customer service via email/live chat/hotline straight away to have the quilt either swapped or refunded - but after two weeks no one from customer service got back to me.The order finally shipped with no changes and took just over two weeks to arrive, when it did, I took the quilt straight from the Post Office direct to Adairs Gepps Cross to ask for help about exchanging/paying the difference for a larger size, but they refused. Saying: “Head office will go nuts at us if we let you exchange it” “there’s absolutely nothing we can do about it” “you should have read the terms and conditions on the website”When I asked if there was anyone they could call at head office to help me they advised there is absolutely no customer support available on weekends, even for them.I mostly wish the staff at Adairs Gepps Cross offered to help me in some way, like them offering to follow up my order/situation directly on Monday, but instead I just had three staff standing at me shaking their head and hoping I’d disappear.I understand the logic in the policy on bedding items exchange/refunds once received, but I tried to fix an online order before I received it and no one helped, so I’m not sure what else I was to do?I feel totally ignored through this whole experience, the order total was approx $1,500 and I guess I just expected better for what I was spending on feathers and textiles.I’ve worked in customer service for years and it’s not hard to go the extra mile in special situations and when your customer service systems haven’t met a standard.Let this be a reminder to everyone to check your online cart twice before you place an order because if you make a mistake… it’s tough luck.

Staff stood around chatting away, not offering any service or assistance. Wouldn't even earn one star but had to provide for any review here.

Dangerous visiting this place. We were served by the most helpful woman and walked out with so much. No regrets, Adairs is quality stuff.
