I rang Dev from river rock real estate as the tenant gave me his phone number. I told him there was water pouring into my yard from river rock rental property next door and that it needed sandbags to divert it to the street. He told me he had other flood properties to deal with and did not want to know about it. I told him it was flooding my lower level. He told me i was not a real person and hung up on me. He was rude and uncooperative and totally uninterested.

The worst renting experience of my life. This company is very dodgy I'd avoid them at all costs if you don't want to be ripped off. They show up unannounced, lost our rental agreement, breached us for issues the house already had, took 5 months to fix our air con and left us 6 days without water. Plus so much more in the short time we were with them.

Very unprofessional and rude realestate agents, They arrived 30 minutes late to a private viewing they had booked me in for i had called stating i was waiting at the property then they expected me to wait around for them because they were just leaving despite them confirming date/time multiple times. They also actually abused me and spoke down about my partner who they had never met while i was having a house viewing. Got NO response to my applications for any of the houses I applied for. Glad I don't have to deal with them regularly, will never go through this realestate for anything again.
