We had a disappointing experience with a long list of issues during our visit, and it will be our first and last time coming here. Initially, things seemed promising, and we even planned to return for a final celebration at the end of the year. However, by the end of the night, our decision to never come back was solidified.Firstly, we encountered the problem of having only one bill per table, which was inconvenient for our large group. Secondly, we were not informed beforehand that two menus were available: an all-you-can-eat option and an à la carte menu. This caused confusion, and the prices for the meals were unreasonably high. Additionally, if anyone wanted the all-you-can-eat menu, they had to sit separately with a different menu. This arrangement was uncomfortable for our group as we wanted to stay together, and we were not made aware of this when we made the reservation. Therefore forcing us to adjust our appetite to stay together.Furthermore, the pricing could have been more consistent and clear. When we received the bill after struggling with confusing prices and a menu guide that needed more clarity, the prices did not match those on the menu. A male staff member, possibly the manager, was very vocal about changing the price one last time" due to a system error and the pending arrival of new menus. A really good Yum Cha. The food was great. The service was good. Even to the point, my son dropped a chop stick. By the time he bent over to pick it up, the waiter was there with a fresh set! You cant ask for more than that. Lots of Chinese people there which suggests the food was going to be good. We were not disappointed.

Been here a couple of times. Yum cha is delicious, though expensive compared to yum cha options down the road in Sunnybank.Service is a little chaotic - can be hard to get staff attention but helpful and friendly once they're available.Loved everything we've had there except for the time we splurged on the truffle topped dumplings. The flavour combo was just weird. Haha. We won't get that again. But otherwise, everything else we've tried has been great!

We occasionally treat ourselves (once or twice a month) to an all you can eat there. The food is excellent, the service is prompt, and there's a lot of choice.The only very minor downside is that when you order multiple dishes, they won't always come out at the same order,UIt's a real shame the Yum Cha in Harbour town don't do this and we have to drive from Gold Coast.We look forward to our next visit probably next week.

My partner and I ate here today for lunch, we had “all you can eat” for $70 each. The first staff member we spoke to explained to us this package was unlimited food over 90 minutes, where we can order 5 dishes each at a time to avoid over cluttering the table. I specifically asked the waitress if the portions would be to serve 1 or 2 persons, so my partner and I knew if these dishes would be ordered to share, to which the waitress clearly told us the portions were a SINGLE serve. We went ahead and ordered, but when the dishes arrived they were very clearly meant to share as they were huge. We thought nothing of it but it did mean we were not able to finish it all. We were almost ready to leave when we were approached by the restaurant manager who told us we had ordered too much food and informed us he will be charging us $10 per 100g of uneaten food for “wastage”. We apologised but also said this was not communicated to us and we were also informed each portion would only feed one person. The manager told us it was clearly written on the menu - and pointed out the “terms and conditions” which was written in the smallest text possible in the very bottom corner of the menu. He appeared dismissive of this, and we had to inform him we will not be paying for this additional cost. He abruptly left our table, and when we approached the counter to pay he started yelling in another language to his co-worker. Shocking communication and caused us a lot of needless embarrassment because of it, and by omitting this to start with makes the restaurant look like it’s attempting to snake extra money out of its customers.Some of the food we had was great, other dishes were awful and almost inedible. Definitely not worth $70 per person (with secret wastage fees on top!)Needs to improve communication and certainly improve its customer service!

Fairly nice restaurant but inside the shopping centre...The food was all either overcooked or undercooked. One of my dumplings was raw and cold in the middle... Others were falling apart due to over cooked.They offer an all you can eat option and I guess some food was already out. It came instantly but was cold (fully cooked, but cooled).I can't imagine paying $69 p.p. for all you can eat as it would be too slow, but even at a la carte most dishes were $13-15 for three dumplings.Happy to pay above odds for good food, but this is neither great food or value.Staff were pleasant, and took the raw dish off the bill.

The food was great, the staff (bar one comment I'll get into later) were very good also quick table service.A few issues to discuss with this place firstly the menu they provide does not disclose the price of the individual meals, if you ask for the full menu the prices are disclosed, water is a charged Item water is a human right under the UN Charter".While asking for the water the waiter mentioned about the water that they have to make the money back

I really wanted to like this place, the staff are friendly, and the food is ok, I went for the lunch buffet so some dishes were better than other. After spending $100 per person they wanted to charge $5 to take away half a plate of food that could not be finished. Shame, as this was ok for Saturday lunch after shopping.
