The kindness of the staff at Carousel Orthodontist cannot go unnoticed and made every experience at the clinic pleasant and peaceful. The receptionists go above and beyond to make all patients welcome and comfortable. Would recommend Carousel orthodontics to anyone interested in braces or Invisalign.

I cannot rate Dr Arti Dyett and the whole team at Carousel Orthodontic Centre high enough. From beginning to end the experience has been beyond what I expected. Right from the moment I arrived for my 1st appointment not knowing what to expect and throughout there was always a warm welcome. My braces treatment was about 18 months and the whole process was quite honestly a breeze. Even when I felt like I was whinging they were there to help me be more comfortable and explain things. I wish I had started sooner. I’m amazed at the result and my confidence has soared - I have already recommended you to my friends & family. Thank you so very much :) <3

My son needed braces, and at every stage from making the decision, to finance , each appointment was a pleasure. He has the most beautiful teeth now! And the staff is always helpful and friendly even during Covid they couldn’t have been more accommodating! Love them all. ❤️

A genuinely perfect experience at Carousel Orthodontic Centre! Dr. Dyett was/is amazing, making the whole Invisalign treatment easy and I really couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire team are so lovely, from the receptionists to the dental hygienists who are all so helpful and give you confidence every appointment. The work they all did made me feel so so much better about myself.I can’t praise them enough and could not recommend them more highly!

I first attended this clinic at 12 years old when I got braces. I always felt welcomed and at ease. Dr Holmes was kind and professional and the nurses and reception staff always greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable and like I was with family. I appreciated my experience so much, that I returned as an adult for additional work, as did my husband. And now I have bought my own 12 year old daughter in to have braces just last week. I couldn't fault the staff, they are all lovely and you will be well looked after if you attend this centre. Thank you everyone at Carousel Orthodontics!

My son has just completed his Orthodontic treatment and I'm still in awe of how fantastic his teeth look, and how it's changed his confidence and smile.He has been under the care of Dr Holmes since he was 8 yrs old and listened to all my concerns about permanent teeth removal ( yes, I'm one of them mums! ) After doing a plate to correct his small arch we were able to avoid taking any teeth out and correct the rest with braces.I can't express how stoked myself and my husband are with this practice, the staff who go above and beyond for you, the after care and to the Drs who actually listened to my concerns and gave my son the perfect smile.Thank you so much for everything!

We came to this clinic due to the great reviews on Google, however my daughter got seen by Dr Arti Dyett who even though saw my daughter's xrays and pictures sent us away with incorrect information and delayed my daughter's treatment by 6months as well as referring her to get a splint made up which was very costly. When she had her routine dentist check up and I advised what happened, they immediately referred us to another clinic who advised that the splint was a waste of time and money and that extractions were required and gave us the proper treatment plan to begin right away. I am very frustrated and disappointed!

So glad we chose Carousel Orthodontic Centre. Another clinic wanted to remove teeth and delay the process. Visited COC just for a second opinion and from the first appointment we were impressed. That continued throughout the whole journey. Amazing to see the confidence my daughter now has with her smile. Thank you!
