Qscan Radiology Clinics

Lucy did an ultrasound for me today and she was so kind. She was chatty, friendly, caring & gentle (as she could be!). She knew I was in pain, and tried to make it easier by being chatty and constantly making sure I was okay. Lucy was absolutely lovely, I 100% recommend her if you can request someone for ultrasounds. Thank you Lucy for being wonderful today - it was so appreciated to be spoken to so kindly even though you guys were clearly busy.

Just plain rude. My child went for an ultrasound and a part of the scan was having a full bladder. She had to have 800ml for a kid?? We end up to second waiting room and instead of helping their patient they’re having a chat. This is child have compassion, she is in pain. Couldn’t even explain what is happening or show the screen and explain what the hell is going on .

A welcoming and calming clinic. Reception staff like Shanea were efficient, caring and helpful. A special thank you to Georgia who walked me through the procedure clearly and thoroughly. Hats off to the rostered doctor who was very informative and reassuring after a mild reaction. Throughout the whole process, I was treated with care and respect. I highly recommend this clinic.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!If I could give no stars, I would. Complete medical negligence. My morphology scan wasn’t completed and brain abnormalities were missed in my son. Luckily I needed a growth scan at 34 weeks where the abnormalities were found. How a sonographer AND radiologist can miss that the scan was missing vital images is beyond me.

Just had one of the worst experiences at Qscan Aspley, referred to the Radiology through Redcliffe Hospital after a scare last Friday, my wife’s first pregnancy and naturally scared and sensitive going in to this making sure we still have a healthy baby. We were met with a disgustingly rude receptionist who told my wife she’d missed her appointment even through we were specifically told by the hospital to be here at this time and had an email supporting that. She proceeded then to call someone out the back and mentioned ‘I don’t even know her name she’s missed her appointment’ when she was standing right there, which was incredibly rude. My wife was made out to feel like it was completely her fault, when we had done nothing but do as we were told. My wife was pushed to tears as she walked outside and after going back and forth we were made to feel as if we were a burden and rushed in for ‘only a 5 minute scan’.I think you guys need to train your reception staff on how to handle situations with a bit of pressure and have empathy for pregnant young women who are there for a reassurance scan. For the lady at the front desk today, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Great service from the lovely ladies at Aspley, from reception to the radiologists. Thanks so much for your quick, no fuss and very patient attitude when I was squirming in pain. I know at my age perhaps I shouldn't be scaling mountains but instead reading a book:)

Unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the lady who did my ultrasound, but she was so nice and caring she made me feel so at ease doing the procedure. She was also on her lunch break and still made the time to do my ultra sound. Also the young girl at the front desk was also so nice and welcoming. You don’t get customer service like that these days, so I wanted to share my experience and say thankyou ❤️ (this was at the Aspley radiology)

I was very please to see at the Aspley Qscan, there were at least two older women manning the reception area. Seeing them makes me feel a lot more visible and inclusive. There should be more of it!
