Couldn't be more unsatisfied, I booked carpets almost a month in advance only to be told the day the carpets where supposed to get done that supposedly someone else had rang and cancelled and stuffed around with my time slot, when it is only my partner and I in the house and I rent privately and no one knew who we were using, left absolutely hanging not happy at all and we will never ever be using these guys again!!! Only left 1 star because you can't rate no stars!!
