I stop in to H&M every so often and it's a decent place to find a bargain, you won't get one every time but keep a eye out and you'll find something that you've been looking for.

Very friendly service by all staff . Spacious. Because I am spoiled with the H& M in Pitt st Sydney which is huge and 3 levels I found the Wollongong H&M didn't have a big variety but as I said I am used to the Sydney store otherwise a good store. With easy access for wheelchairs and prams

Extremely hot in the store! Piece of advise if you're going to use the change rooms, take a cold bottle of water with you! You'll need it!

Much better range of men's clothing available now. It's stress-free and easy to move around the store thanks to uncluttered aisles.The staff are friendly and helpful but not all over me, letting me browse in peace, the way I like.In-store queues are generally short and they offer some nice bag options that are strong and well-made, in a range of designs. I carry one around with me all the time.
