Great ramge of clothing and accessories from casual to formal, laid out in colour schemes, which is really helpful. Assistant was friendly, helpful and patient - which lead to a very happy purchase of a beautiful silk dress of Italian design, at a reasonable price (about half the cost of similar items in other stores). I'll certainly return.

'twas my first visit to the Highpoint shop last week. Gorgeous accessories (hats, shoes, scarves, jewels and bags), for all occasions. I found clothing that flattered this tall 'ol lady. longline styles in jackets that work for my angular shape very pleasingly. My much shorter girlfriend purchased some stretch beige pants. Could have gone mad buying here, but due to limited funds, restrained m'self. Lovely shop, friendly helpful staff.

One of the worst experiences me and my mother have been through, my mother who has a fear of changing in a store and was put down by staff was told that she can not have a refund as she should have tried it in the store the previous day. Had to call head office to finally get a refund. Needs a better return policy as well as an understanding for people with different needs. The world is changing and so does the store
