Very organised, well maintained. Helpful staff and great service. Toilets are cleaned and maintained. There's a cafe before you get into the ferry. Vehicle will be loaded to the ferry with the driver and passengers will be onboarded separately.

The only way to get to Kangaroo Island other than flying. The 45min ferry ride can be a little rough but not too bad. Just be prepared that your trip may be cancelled due to weather events and U will have to change your travel plan accordingly. But its all for your safety. There is a lot of logistical issues for them , hence the high price I guess.

We thought we could just walk in but apparently need to book car ticket in advance. It did not state in their information until we went to the counter to make enquiries. In the end, we just took ferry and rent the car in Kangaroo Island. Good service by ticket counter staff, Christian who tell us what are the options we have. Smooth ride though to the island.

Great ferry service from Cape Jervis to Kangaroo Island. Friendly and helpful staff. They do an amazing job loading and unloading us from the ferry without a scratch after squeezing us all in like sardines. Lol.

We went on at the beginning of the long weekend we had horses going over to Ki and they first said that the passengers had to go on the later ferry as the one the horses were on was the fuel run and they didn't want excess passengers for safety reasons witch was going to be a bit difficult for us but we ended up been put on the same ferry witch was great . Was great trip to Ki nice and calm . A lot different on Monday night was very rough some of the horses didn't like it that much but all in all was a good experience

Seating arrangement was comfortable and the vessel was clean. The ticket prices are reasonable. Schedule was convenient and ferry left on time.

This is the inevitable choice to drive to and back from Kangaroo Island. Parking needs to follow the directions and be very careful. Take the ferry for about 45 minutes, which is a great experience.

45 minute ferry over to Kangaroo Island is so quick! Great staff and simple boarding with enough seating with tables upstairs and downstairs. Coffee and snacks on board $Thanks Sealink!
