I had booked an appointment after calling to confirm the rebate costs applicable given my referral from my Physio. I was informed 24 hours prior to the appointment that the information provided previously was incorrect. Cancelled my appointment.

I have attended this clinic many times, for myself and with family members. The staff are lovely, from the front desk to the radiographers, everyone is polite, respectful & efficient. Convenient online booking options and short wait times - even when they're busy. They have been accommodating even when I have not had an appointment, I highly recommend I-MED Mentone.

I have needed imaging services on many occasions over the last few years and every visit has been 100% thoroughness and care. I have often thanked the staff for their care and suggestions regarding location alternatives for a particular MRI etc. that demonstrates competence and care. Well done!

I have had HD CT scans to lungs. Wasn't a long wait before been sent through. Very warm and caring staff. Very efficient in sending results to my Doctor. Keep up the great work MIA Mentone.

Had my first ultrasound here a few months ago. Due to severe anxiety my temperature was bordering on the edge of fever levels. After my stuttered explanation, rather than turning me away, the kind receptionist (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten) instructed me to wait outside for a few minutes to try and cool down, whereafter she came and rechecked my temperature and, seeing that it was at a normal level now, allowed me to continue ahead to my appointment.My ultrasound went smoothly, but it was that small act of kindness that has stuck with me these past few months. I just wanted to show my appreciation somehow.

I went in today and they told me to wait outside in the freezing cold after I told them I have a medical exemption for not wearing a mask. Which is totally unfair and they had no right. I was not sick so how can I get someone sick. If this continues to happen I will take action cause this not on and it’s not okay. Not everyone can wear the mask and some people suffer from bad mental health they have no right to make me wait outside in the cold I am upset and angry

Online booking page should clearly say No bulk bill for patients not having current govt concession cards.Eg 247$ for an ultrasound less about $95 medicare rebate.

My wife attended and the referring doctor mucked up the instructions on what to scan for. The radiologist reluctantly scanned where the pain was, found nothing, was indignant and then charges $250 for nothing. I took her to the ED at Sandy and sorted it out

How many hours a day does one have to wait on the phone again and again???? And you make it sooo difficult to make any complaint, even no comments allowed on your Facebook page! Absolutely THE WORST company I have EVER dealt with! If I could give you minus starts I would!! I Sam not one for leaving such awful reviews, but this is insane.. hours a day just trying to get a damn appointment sorted! Highly recommend going to any other radiology clinic !

I have had two pregnancy ultrasounds here and both were fantastic. Long did our second scan, he was amazing, so thorough and talked us through everything. Highly recommend.
