As soon as you walk into the shop you feel the passion for what they do. It has a broad range of products, some of which are made on site, all nicely displayed. I was served by Sharon who sold me some dog treats, collar, tag and made sure I walked out of the shop knowing a lot more about dog allergies than I had walked in with! Recommended for doggy and cat owners.

Haven't been here for a while as moved from Bairnsdale. Bought some of your frozen dog meals. My dog refuses to eat this stuff. Waste of money. I was so excited to learn that you were LGBTIQ friendly. My dog is queer and non-binary. He or it will feel so comfortable in your safe place. You didn't mention diversity, sustainability and carbon neutral. Come on, you will get more virtue points.

Great range of products both commercial and boutique. We would definitely recommend the raw meals made on-site - our two boys cannot get enough. Lovely and knowledgeable staff!!

Very helpful staff. Great selection of pet supplies. I've had so much trouble cutting my dogs nails. Was advised to go there. Best decision ever. Took no more than 5 mins and only cost$7,50. Wish I'd gone there months ago.

I went into the Doggie Den for the first time this week and I was blown away by the passion and service I was provided. I needed advice on what to feed my pup with allergy's and they went above and beyond in helping me, making me feel more calm and confident being a new dog mum. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend.

OHhhh WOW!... Went into the Doggie Den today for tge first time! I cannot speak more highly of the team and what they provide!. I needed some pooch food for my fussy eater!.. So instead of pushing me into purchasing they armed me with a variety of samples for Shelby to try first!.. Who does this?!....I'm from Melbourne (holiday house in Paynesville!).. Any store in Melbourne would not offer this!... This alone showed me there compassion and love at what they offer!..I ended up too purchasing a kazoo oiled coat for my pooch!... They insisted I bring her in and try it on her first and fussed over her with treats!... With no fuss if I purchased or not!.. These were genuine, lovely, staff and in future should I need anything I will definitely be shopping here! .....A HUGE credit to u all!!

Shora had a grooming session and came out so white and smelling beautiful. Warren and Brayden are always so helpful and if what you want is not in store they will get it for you. Great friendly service and very knowledgeable.

Absolutely awesome service...with our 15 almost 16 year old English Staffy..they were caring kind and thoughtful with nail clipping and ear cleaning ...A +++++++++

Tried this shop on the recommendation of my vet at Eastwood. Excellent and friendly service. The staff always have a smile on their faces and nothing is too much trouble for them. They love their animals and are very knowledgeable about their products and offer great advice if you have issues with your pet.
