Have been going to this jeweler for years. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great service and happy to go that bit further for you. Tlast time I was there they even stayed open a little longer to fix my watch so I didn't have to come back to pick it up.

I recently took my Mum's 60yr old marcasite watch that had a snapped off winder(?). Raymond Jewlers repaired it with a new winder, not the same but acceptable and it again works perfectly. Communication wonderful, price also very reasonable, friendly service.

I like supporting local traders and speaking directly to the people handling my goods in this case that would have been the watchmaker, but he did not present his face to the counter once, just utilized lady shop assistant.I went instore to have 2 designer watch batteries changed. The shop assistant had no tact but insisted pushy that my TAG required pressure testing @cost of $110, Not what I asked for!I also had a Longines watch with a perpeptual calander which required a battery change quoted $55 and that in my view should have included an adjustment of date which was not done or discussed with me prior to the watchmaker handling - opening my item; I was only informed of this when the watch was returned to me that I needed to pay an additional $40 a total of $95 for the date adjust?Clearly money is more important than the customer in this store, and it's no wonder how small businesses fail especially in this area Yes we all know it's 2022 and prices have gone up"

what a rude old lady that works in that store, her approach is awful she is a really handicap to this business..shame shame shame on you for being so unpleasant, went into the store to enquire about replacement watch battery.don't go in...they don't deserve your money....
