Today was one of the best experiences I've had at KFC in a long time. I know that sounds strange, but I feel like fast food places have sometimes lost touch with good customer service.Today I was served by a lovely person named Emily. Everything in my meal was perfectly prepared and nothing was missed. Thanks Emily for good old fashioned customer service with a smile!

The restaurant is ok and clean and food alright however recently went and kiosks were running but you got to the end of your order and it didn't work and then you had to line up wasting 10-15 mins of your time. Staff knew about them not working but put no signs up. Food left off order but we're happy to rectify. Can get very busy on weekend nights.

Our food wasn't great at all. Chips tasted like they had reheated old chips. Chicken was very oily. Staff were friendly and overall looked pretty clean.

Awful service. Young blonde girl on drivethrough 26th april 6.30pm missed half of my order. I even asked her when she handed me my items whether the nuggets and sauce were in the box. She literally didn't even listen to me just said yep and just rushed me out as fast as she could. She needs some training. Super disrespectful.

I've considered eating dirt before. Should have followed through rather than eating here. All the burgers had been slapped together and fallen apart due to not being wrapped properly. Staff didn't seem to be to interested. Chips had barely been cooked and then had an absolute mountain of salt put on to hide that fact. I genuinely hope they get it together here simply for the sake of the people employed there as we head into the oncoming recession.

Just picked up a 3 piece pack with coleslaw and chips ,threw the lot out stale chips and chicken so tough I gagged .so bloody sad shame on your quality control,if you wouldn’t eat it yourself you dont serve it .glad I had some soup in my freezer .

This kfc is always stuffing up my orders I would like some decent kfc some times , get people who can do their job properly. And they all don’t wear hair nets Which is disgusting

Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was very delicious and prepared to perfection, I left the store feeling satisfied, but the service made my day as I wasn't having a great one but the staff are just amazing people, Thanks KFC Sippy team :)

staff don’t even know how to read what sauce is on the burger. absolute wombats. get home looking forward to my burger and the donny has put mayo instead of supercharged. absolute bell end
