Tailors Mark

I had a suit made with Tailor's Mark last month, and I've never had a set of pants fit so well. It honestly feels like I could wear my new suit to the gym and complete a workout.In addition to the excellent fit, the cost for a bespoke suit is very competitive - I went to a couple of other very well known brands to get an idea of the cost for a set of bespoke suits made for a wedding, and the choice to go with Tailor's mark after doing some research was a no brainer.Dave was very helpful and guided me patiently and professionally through the whole process - from choosing my material to getting the final test fitting done. Can't recommend this place enough.

Awesome results. My shirts are the right size and delivered to my door; my new suit did not require a second fitting or any adjustment; my measurements are kept up to date in the database for future purchases. Tailors Mark are really providing the service that I need for business attire. And I hear they're coming with a body fitting apps, can't wait to never ever have to go back to shopping malls....

Extremely satisfied with the product. What was produced from the automatic measure system fits my body perfectly. Good quality fabric is used as well. Lot better than travelling all the way to a store, and trying items on etc. Just bought my second batch of shirts today. Definitely recommend.

I have ordered shirts from here for several years. The measurement process is relatively easy and after I made small tweaks to the measurements following receipt of the first order all of the shirts now fit perfectly. The material quality and workmanship is very good and the shirts are lasting me quite well.

First class website with many options and very user-friendly. Superb quality and real article is very close to online representation. Excellent shopping experience - cheers.Just for the record...I have already purchased one shirt which came exactly as ordered and I love everything about it except I wish I had not ordered the high stiff collar. If I could change it to normal stiffness, even for a small fee, I would.

Very poor service and customer care. This product is from Thailand waited a long time to find it is isn't what i was expecting in shirt fit and quality of fabric. Very disappointed and cant get a quick resolution to my problems!!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!Update since my last review they sent me replacement shirts but got my quantity wrong!!!!!! so now I have to chase a faceless company who respond when they choose to.To all buyers buying from foreign companies pay via pay-pal as that gives you total control and ensures the other side provides a good product and decent services. these guys work behind credit card and that's harder to get your money back.I hope this note people will note the risk!!

Sam and the team were incredible, this was my first bespoke suit made for my wedding and they guided me through start to finish.There was a tight schedule to get things done and they pulled out all the stops to make sure my suit was measured, delivered and fit perfectly for the big day.Can't speak more highly of the service they provide, get onto it!

My partner and I ordered shirts for the first time for our upcoming wedding. We met with a consultant in Sydney when we were there over the summer visiting. He was extremely helpful in taking accurate measurements. Our shirts arrived and were a perfect fit and the quality of the materials were as described. We were very satisfied. If you are unable to meet with a consultant I would advise getting a friend to help take your measurements as directed by the web instructions. Personally I would not leave it to chance using the virtual measurement program.

What a breath of fresh air dealing with this professional and ease of service company. Rob sized me up for a custom shirt last year and he was funny, professional and quick. The shirt arrived promptly and was quality. I've just ordered my 2nd shirt online and it was fun and interactive designing my own shirt in my own time. Customer for life right here

I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. I originally ordered two shirts based off one of my favourite shirts and unfortunately they didn’t quite fit as expected. I emailed them and they promptly replied to have the shirts remade. In the end I actually went to their office to be thoroughly measured as they are close to where I live. A local Australian business well worth supporting.
