I found myself in quite a spot of bother this morning on the way to take my daughter to school. Not knowing Mount Barker well and a fair way from home, with no other help i came across these guys.Wow! Customer service was absolutely wonderful, so friendly and extra helpful.These guys helped me out so much, I had no idea what I was going to do, they put me at ease and had me on my way with the problem solved.Very happy and would recommend over and over again.

This is now the second time I’ve used Richard and his team at Mt Barker crash. The first time they were very helpful and understanding the needs of getting my car back on the road as quickly as possible. Brilliant at explaining every process they use.Second time I’ve taking my xtrail to have look at some acratched needed repairing before selling. Again done more than they had to and very helpful. Appreciate the extra they have doneTo see some reviews on here state the owner and staff being rude etc I couldn’t fathom. Nothing but good words for them all

Richard and his team really go the extra mile for you and are super friendly and patient. They allowed me to drop by the body shop each day so I could see how my car was progressing. Best of all, they still do quality stuff like metal finishing without using bog/filler. Overall, a true five star experience.

Unfortunately I couldn't have these guys fix my car as my insurer didn't have them as their authorised repairers but they were exceptional with their advice and customer service leading up too. They were always happy to assist and gave me some great advice. If it wasn't for them either, a major mechanical issue wouldn't have been noticed and I could have had some serious issues later on. Even the admin team were incredibly helpful and always happy to answer questions

Had my car repaired here after someone had crashed into me. Took my car for a quote and l recieved friendly, professional service. My car was ready on time and they stuck my door seals back on for no extra charge. The repair provided was great and l was unable to tell that the car had been repaired at all. Great outcome, very happy.
