Excellent, compassionate and timely customer service! I got my wedding dress altered here and they did an wonderful job. It was well done and fit me and my height well. Would come back here and recommend it to anyone :)

She is great at altering my clothes and I can rely on her even when I give her something on short notice. Could not recommend them enough.

I bought a cheap white dress for my wedding and took it to their shop to get it alterated. They turned it into a beautiful bride dress which was AMAZING! Received many compliments from family and friends. They also did awesome work with Dry cleaning my husband clothes. They also gave us complimentary bag for my wedding dress ♥️ Very lovely couple who is cheerful, happy and accomodating. Love their service! and very affordable. Thank you so much! I have been coming to 363 dry cleaning for over 5 years and although I was very satisfied with the service before, unfortunately they have lost my patronage going forward.In summary, 3 of the white business shirts came back with identical stains at the same position and I took the liberty to go back to pass on the feedback that maybe there was an issue with the washing or ironing machines given the trend.When I revisited the store to pick up my 3 shirts, it was insinuated that I caused the stains (even though the shirts were unworn and still had the dry cleaning tags attached) and because I am 'precious' with my shirts that going forward, I should take carriage of washing the shirts myself and that they only look after the ironing component of the service.How I received a subtle accusatory response was surprising, however, the most disappointing part was the fact that I am a long time customer, supported the business during the covid lockdown (even though I had no dry cleaning needs) and referred numerous other word of mouth businesses to 363 Dry Cleaners.Thank you Sam and May for looking after my dry cleaning needs, but unfortunately I will be taking my shirts and suits elsewhere from now on, and I wish you both all the best.

I went to have my wedding dress dry cleaned and they did an awesome job! They took care of the dress and stored it nicely! It’s so sparkly now and so happy every time I look at it. Not only they are so professional, they are also so kind and welcoming. The couple is always cheerful and smiling and they put their heart to it. I went back to bring more clothes to dry cleaned! And again very happy with the result! They bring the colours back to life as if it was new with a clean fresh smell. Thank you so much for caring for our clothes, we will be back :)
