Coastal Air Conditioning
Deployed tech for a non-working Temperzone system. Turns out the problem was made worse, since relays were wired in reverse, live and neutral reversed. Caused burnout to a circuit board which I was then invoiced to replace plus the call out fee! Finally called out Twin Lakes AC who identified all the screw ups, undid them, and returned to working condition.Edit: Received call from owner Andrew and was happy to refund service charge for original works done.

The team were on time and were quick and efficient in the installation. They were courteous and very professional. We used this service many years ago and at that time, the service provided hadn’t changed to this installation which is why we chose Coastal and will again in the future for A:C servicing. They are a very organised business, booking a time in with them was was just a easy 1 minute phone call with the office ladies. The service tech was on time and a nice person, he diagnosed the issue in a matter of minutes and fixed it on the spot. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

The staff of Coastal Air Conditioning were excellent with the installation of my ducted air conditioning last week. They were very professional and worked exceptionally well as a team. Communication was very good and explained the operation of the unit in an easy, user friendly way. I would highly recommend the staff of Coastal Air Conditioning from the very first phone call to arrange a suitable time for someone to come out and provide a quote to the cleaning up after installation. We have been dealing with Coastal Air Conditioning for many, many years and after our A/C stopped working got them out. They came that week, the office staff Lisa and Dannielle are excellent and helped us greatly, the installation men were excellent, even working in the rain. We could not fault the staff or company with any of the dealings with them again this time. Their standards have been maintained through all these years and thank you for your excellent service.
