Lots of fun, staff very friendly and fun. Fun drinks and games to play. Would have been good to be able to get photos sitting in the ice chairs. It wasn't too cold, except for our fingers - gloves could have been a bit warmer. We couldn't have stayed any longer than the 45mins because our fingers were so cold. Great experience

Ice Bar Melbourne is such a unique experience! I visited during the weekend as something to do in Melbourne and it was such great fun. The drinks were so good! I enjoyed one or too many Snowstorms which were delicious as well as a Polar Blackout shot. I took lots of pictures of me doing a ski shot. The staff really made the experience and even took song requests for me. They played my favourite song ‘Party Rock Anthem’ which really made my day.

A fun fully frozen bar, warm gloves & warm poncho is provided so you can enjoy the experience. The Ice Bar has unreal ice sculptures & is set up with games like jenga & ice air hockey. I found it quite entertaining. All drinks are served in ice glasses. I really enjoyed my visit, the staff are vibrant & the venue is small enough to engage with other visitors. You can also purchase photos of your experirnce.

Such a different, unique, FUN experience! You can’t take photos on your own phone however you can take pictures with the setup they have there and then buy any photos you like but it’s definitely fun and worth it. It’s worth a visit, especially for us as we came from Canberra. Drinks are delicious we had one shot and one cocktail each and it was one of the best ones I ever had. The guy that served me at the bar was really nice. Has really nice props for the photos and you should definitely buy your photos to keep as a memory!! Probably my #1 favourite place in Melbourne.

Amazing experience here!! 10/10!! The high rating is accredited to our bartender, Tilly. Im not sure that the experience would’ve been as fun if Tilly wasn’t there. She made the entire experience so worth the cost and I would 100% come back if she was there. The drinks were INCREDIBLE and we only spent about 15 minutes there until we spent time with Tilly. She had fun with us while still being professional and we honestly had the time of our lives because of her! If you are planning on going, ask when Tilly is there because I’ve never had a more fun experience! We played ice hockey, connect 4 and we took a few photos before we got drinks and talked to the bartender. We loved her so much that we invited her to take photos with us and asked her if she would play a game of jenga with us (we were the only ones in there too) and I could not speak more highly of her. We thought the 45 minute window would be too little of time, then arrived and thought we’d get bored pretty quickly and leave early but when we started talking to Tilly, we knew we could’ve been there for hours!!! 6/10 experience as it is because it’s very unique, but if you are there when Tilly is there, it is easily a 10/10!

Such a cool and fun idea! Drinks were great, service was great. Just felt like the website could have been a little more specific on what was provided for you to wear. Obviously we expected it to be cold but we did dress for dinner afterward. We were provided with gloves and a large snow jacket, almost like an Oddie, but nothing for the bottom so ankles were freezing! I will definitely go again but be better prepared in what I wear :)

Supercool, pun intended, experience. It is absolutely freezing inside but the atmosphere and drinks (which were great) help you warm up a bit. They provide coats, gloves and boots, if needed. The attendant and bartender the day we went we fabulous. Great wheelchair accessibility for entry, exit and all areas inside. Some of the cameras are too high to capture wheelchair folks in group photos.

A different and unique experience! I enjoyed my experience but I would highly recommend doing with a larger group of friends if you are socially awkward like myself. The cocktails and shots were tasty and staff were very friendly. The detail in the ice sculptures were incredible and I enjoyed the games available to play.

Staff were lovely. Drinks were enjoyable. The sculptures were cool. Have to agree with others that I don't think it's fair at all to charge minimum $50 P/P and disallow people the right to take photos with their own cameras, to then charge $12 per photo on their camera. I can't fault the people at the bar but I strongly believe that to charge someone a hefty fee and tell them if they want to take photos they have to pay extra. I would assume that 99% of guests would want to take photos of their experience to share with friends and family. I have visited Ice bars in Europe and been able to take photos just fine. Taking photos with the internal camera should be an option, I would be happy to pay given the choice but feel it is very wrong to not be able to take photos.
