Do not go here if you want a doctor to actually help you. Made an appointment because I couldn't get into my regular GP. Dr. invented a medication interaction that doesn't actually exist to refuse prescribing something I have already been on for 2 months. When I was confused and asked for explanation, she kept repeating the same thing to me as if I was a child who didn't understand something very simple, raising her voice each time. After doing a bit of research, checking with my regular GP and multiple pharmacists, I found that what she was telling me had absolutely no evidence to support it.Avoid.

Horrible centre do not come here, staff can’t help, reception are not helpful, and twice now they have had issues with there systems for rebates and I’ve had to chase it up with Medicare myself and this is something I’ve never had to do, it’s very unfortunate because the doctors here are actually pretty good but this whole process has left a constant bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be going back and I’ll be recommending to others not to as well

This place has no right to even have 2 star rating, over a month now I’ve been trying to get my Medicare rebate back, a month, and they keep blaming there systems, when I called Medicare directly they informed me that this GP hadn’t put it through the system and until they do they can’t do anything on there end, I’ve had 4 phone calls with this place we’re they keep promising they will sort it then nothing, so they have pretty much at this point stolen money from me, don’t go here, staff are rude, doctors don’t help, I’m new to gungahlin been here 4 times thinking it was okay at first so very wrong, (My medical practice gungahlin) go there people are nicer service is great, good doctors who seem to actually care and lastly you actually get your rebate there and then no system is down, we will look into it, we promise, I’ll continue to chase them up about this but I’m pretty sure at this point I’m not getting my rebate.

Dr. Khaleda Edib is very good. When they were bulk bulling it was great but it was hard to get a quick appointment, had to wait for days. Now they charge private fees and therefore you can get an appointment for tomorrow"."

If you care about your medical well-being, don't go to this practice, this practice is continuously being reported to, the medical board for malpractice.

Took my father in law to appointment last week and 3 patients walkout out due to wait times. Not an exaggeration.Here as follow up appointment and just seen another walk off due to waiting too long.What is going on????

So disappointed with the service. I had been down with viral infection for 2 days. Got telephonic appointment with Dr kelida at 9.45 am. She told me that she will send me prescription via text. Had to call 4 times and remind them of my prescription. Eventually, got it around 6.30pm. Was unable to go somewhere else as most of the clinics were fully booked.SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

I have had one of the best experience among so many bulk billing facilities in Canberra. Staff is very kind, accomodating and prompt...we had the priviledge to meet Dr. Khaleda Ebid, who have very affectionately dealt with and care for our little one. We highly recommend this center to all.

My dad went to the centre on Sunday 11 June 2023. He's glowing about the superb service he received. Very friendly and courteous. Good to know there are medical centres who does not treat people as an appointment data. Maltiti
