It was a little hit and miss. Most of the dishes ordered were great but it was the couple that weren't so great that let it down. The salad pairing with the swordfish really does not go. Sometimes keeping it simple is the best option. The natural oysters were dry, I believe due to not being covered while stored and the steak sandwich was chewy. All in all, it wasn't terrible and 5 of 8 dishes deserve 4 stars.

Food was really nice, and decent value for money the only thing wrong was the dessert we ordered the butterscotch and hazelnut cheese cake , presentation was nice but no flavour at all . Still would definitely EAT here again.

This place is really and I mean really letting itself go.... from the spiderwebs everywhere around the outdoors dining, with the tables and floors that obviously haven't been wiped or properly cleaned in donkeys, to the huge masses of puke out the front being left to be walked back into the pub.... the food, even though they are cheap specials could definitely be better, no care to trim the ribs or have them cooked with the sauce, clearly have been precooked and reheated also making them questionable... the kids meals are cheap and nasty too.... unfortunately the upgrade to the venue 10 plus years ago seems to be the last and only time they invested in this joint. You guys get enough patrons in, how about reinvesting into the place and cleaning it up, especially outside!

The place is seriously dirty I was not impressed at all and wasn’t going to stay but thought we are here now. And glad we did the food was actually nice so the chief knows what he or she is doing shame the management in the restaurant side let them down first impressions are always the ones you leave with. I have read some reviews and seems others have the same opinion.Would we go back no because all I could think off of while eating is the kitchen as dirty as the restaurant, even though the food was nice it put me off returning for sure.

Went for lunch during the work week, the food was very good. Serve size was more than sufficient for 2 people, probably could had fed 4 happily. Very fresh and flavoursome, staff members were approachable and nice.

Enjoyed a sensational meal this evening with my wife. Venue clean and well presented. Staff polite and friendly. The Red Emperor was fantastic. Could not fault.

This place offers a great food which is served by friendly staff. There are plenty of seat available so that you can sit down and have a good time with your family and friends.There is parking outside and you can easily park your car.

Really enjoyed our meals. Was quietly busy but as soon as we sat down more and more locals" arrived which proves the menu
