Tall guy with long hair kept wiping his drippy nose on his shirt while making our food. Absolutely discussing. He was also in the back prepping food. The new staff are completely incompetent, very messy. Management needs to get on top of this mess.

Went in here to order some food and the assumed management on this shift was horrible to what appeared to be a new lady working tonight who appeared to be learning on the job. Whomever the young gentlemen was on shift today should learn better management skills and customer service skills. Overall the young girl on was lovely, however the young guy teaching her was horrible, condescending and just straight out rude to her. We ended up just walking out because of his actions and indecency towards his co-worker and customer service overall.It's not normally like this and was quite disappointing to see. Maybe there may need to be a customer service workshop implemented of some sort and even review of management at this eatery.

Absolutely terrible service from the presumed manager Jamie. I ordered through the Subway app and chose a recent order (which had come through correctly the week before.)For some reason, not my fault or the stores, the app changed the bread choice. Whilst I understand this isn’t the managers fault, he did absolutely nothing to help me at all, just a simple “buy another sandwich, nothing I can do.” He’s rude to his staff, he’s rude over the phone and to your face, and rarely even smiles. As said in other reviews, I’ve even seen him getting agitated with trainees, and treating them like they’re stupid. When I contacted Subway themselves about this issue, they didn’t even respond (it has been a good three weeks.)I have since gone to the nearby Connolley store, and am very pleased to find the staff are friendly and helpful, and I even have noticed over the last few times I have been there, that the food even comes out tasting better (crunchier and more balanced).Whatever the Jindalee store is doing, it’s all wrong, and their manager Jamie needs to be pulled into the office and reviewed.

Tall skinny pale guy kept wiping his nose on his tshirt sleave. I asked him to stop, and he preceded to call me the N word (just came from Sudan a year ago, never had issues with racism at subway until the other day at this restaurant.)

So am I the only one that has noticed that the rolls have got thinner & pretty sure the cookies have shrunk in circumference too?? Apart from this the subs we received were ok but a bit soggy and cold and pretty light on filling wise. We did get home delivery but its like only a 5-8 minute drive away. I use to be able to barely eat 1 foot long sub and I was so full, it was pretty easy to eat this sub tonight because they were so light on the filling and they have shrunk. Suppose the shrinkage of the rolls is not the actual fault of Jindalee subway because they are a franchise, but I don't think there was any reason for them to be a bit soggy and so cold and light with the fillings. I have had them from another Subway located further away and they were great. I actually didn't think they had been toasted and ended up having to put them in the air fryer. I would have gone with my normal Subway but they were closed. Will not order from this place again.

Fast friendly service, clean store and fresh ingredients even after 6pm. Rolls made with heaps of filling and great tasting protein main, in this case Teriyaki. Highly recommend this store.

Been several times, I always order the same thing. Everything I ask for the salads, they don't put much on at all, a pinch of capsicum, 5-7 olive slices 3-5 jalepenos and a pinch of carrot and onions. The sauce is also skimpy, cost cutting at its finest. Cheers, next time I will drive to yanchep

Big thanks to Jamie, the manager at Subway Jindalee, and his amazing staff. Had to cancel a large party order for a family function, due to unforeseen circumstances. Couldnt be more helpful, and sympathetic. Will definitely be placing another order when we are organising the event in the future.
