I was locked out of home last night after a storm knocked off electricity which meant my garage door wouldn’t open. I was tired, hungry and frazzled from a gruelling day at work and I had to get inside to let my dog who had been sick out of his crate. I called a few locksmiths, a few didn’t pick up and one said they were at best 2 hours away. Cameron picked up immediately, said he would be there in 15minutes, got to my place in 10, apologised he couldn’t get here earlier, then asked started to assess the lock. To my mortification the door was actually open - I usually lock everything but that morning as I struggled with moving the crate I had forgotten to lock it again. I was so embarrassed for inconveniencing him and I expected he would charge me the hefty call out fee that the first locksmith service had said must be paid if a locksmith attends. Instead Cameron said ‘Pay it forward’ and that his girlfriend would be happy to have gone for a drive. I have never had this happen to me before and I am so impressed by his professionalism, politeness and punctuality but also by his generous act of kindness! It comes after a week of drama and mini disasters for me and my dog, and the fact that someone would not only provide a quality service but also be so genuine and generous has reminded me how wonderful my fellow humans can be. Thank you Cameron, you’re a legend!

I recently accidentally locked house keys in my mother’s house much to her dismay. I called a number of locksmiths with a large number of them being quite rude. I called Cameron who answered promptly & came to the rescue within 15 mins & had us back in the house in under 2 mins. Excellent service, very pleasant manner & very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend to anyone.
