Jake's a legend. Made a warranty claim on a damaged item really stress free! Was worth spending the extra $$ here for the service.

Asked if they had a particular item in store, turned away at the door with an unhelpful and judgemental I dont think so

Bad service, said they were too busy to serve me and one staff member was eating soup on top of a jewellery counter. Overall a shocking experience

Went in to get my fingers sized and the lady was rude as and didn’t want to do more than one finger. Apparently “people were waiting for her” which was a lie as they were being served by others.We went to a nearby jewellery store and they were happy as can be and measured both hands.

I bought my daughter a bracelet from here for her 18th bday, it broke. Took it back with one day left on the warranty to be told it had to be sent away to her eastern states for repairs, months go by and no one bothered to contact me. Finally someone did and they wanted $400 to repair it, more than what I paid. So I declined and when I went to pick it up it’s totally broken half. Will never shop there again

Attended for a warranty cleaning on a diamond ring. Staff were resistant and initially refused, before reading an email from another branch and then spoke rudely of said branch. Claiming email reminders weren't typically sent out and 'only boorgaoon have time for this'.Despite email stating store can print a new warranty passport they were resistant to this. Eventually printing it out, and then not completing it properly we had to return twice for them to complete the warranty details. Elderly blonde female staff member with husky voice (forgot name) was the worst of them however, all three staff members were very poor at customer service. Will never use this branch again. Booragoon are much better. Also, eating breakfast on the glass counter isn't a good look.

Today I was served by the manager Tara, not only was she professional & helpful. She listened to me & understood my situation which was not even about her store.Thankyou Tara & happy new year

Today I went to Michael Hill in Mandurah store, the lady that serve me very lovely and very helpful. So happy with the product and the customer service.
