I've been meaning to leave a Google review since a few months ago, I finally had the chance to do so. I wasn't a customer, but a student who did placement at this pharmacy. The learning experience was exceptional, though there were tough times where I struggled a little bit.I love that this pharmacy has a great range of products, from medicines, personal hygiene products, gifts, make up and many more. From this pharmacy I learned more about simple compounding, vaccinations, and IVF treatment, just to name a few. They definitely have a solid team, and Perri is a great owner who really cares about her staff and customers.I sincerely thank Perri, Arezo, Henny, Cody, Lisa, Belinda, Sue, Elle, Audrey, Jerry, Dan and Olivia for the great experience (apologies if I missed anyone's name), thank you so much for teaching me from A to Z as I was clueless most of the time. I've been going to this pharmacy for over a year now, and I can confidently say that it's one of the best in town. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they always go above and beyond to ensure that I get the medications I need in a timely and efficient manner. They also have a great selection of over-the-counter products and supplements, and I always appreciate their helpful recommendations. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable, and I've never had any issues with insurance or billing. Overall, I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a reliable and caring team of pharmacists.

I believe a good pharmacist is hard to find - one that will partner with you and your Doctor. They really do care about you here, it’s definitely not the closest Pharmacy for me but it’s worth the drive to have that full care. Especially Cody, if you’re confused about a medication she will absolutely take the time to talk you through it and is incredibly supportive. Thank you to everyone in the team for making people feel welcomed and genuinely cared about.

I had my booster vaccine at Pharmacy Neo and was so well looked after form the moment I entered to the moment I left. I didn't even know I'd had the vaccine as the pharmacist was so gentle, she chatted to me the whole time to distract me. As I needed to wait for the 15 minutes to make sure I had no reaction, I also needed to buy a gift for a 2 year old and another assistant helped me choose the gift & then wrapped it for me. It was a wonderfully positive experience & I'll definitely be going back to Pharmacy Neo. Thank you!

Received a spam call from this pharmacy. I’m a former pharmacist and 60 day dispensing is great news for patients, frees up dr appointments and very sensible policy by Gov. The Guild and this pharmacy is orchestrating a scare campaign aimed at customers and trying to link it with shortages (proven nonsense) and other non existent risks. Don’t fall for it or shop here as it’s clear they only want one thing profits over health.
