Market knowledge was good and excellent communication over mobile phone knew the market well. Marie was very patient with us as we had some problems attaining finance approval so she was able smooth over with the vendor and now we have a unit for our son to live in. There were some challenges on the way with some clerical errors for the deposit receipt and an error on the lotNumber but Marie was able to resolve these without impact to the sale.
