I enquired about car problem, their attitude on the phone was terrible, so rude. I was shocked and I didn’t use it.

Came in for the dreaded blue slip and after having a brief and almost inaudible chat with one of the kind grease monkeys, I watched him have a fiddle with some of my pipes and witnessed the coolant reservoir explode in his face.. I was a little worried.Anyway after the fun, he wrote me a list of things to fix and I was given the option to rectify the issues myself (which I really appreciated) because he couldn't work on it that day.I was off on my mission. Fixed the issues, paid the 70 buck blue slip and I was outta there.Overall it wasn't a bad experience. Treat others how you wanna be treated, name drop some fundamental car parts and you'll be right.Would've been a 5 star experience but was kept waiting for an hour half.
