D.C. attended to the call out promptly. He was polite and friendly, and appeared to handle everything with ease. Originally, the call out was to investigate a gas leak. However, I was relieved to learn that D.C could replace the whole stovetop this morning, and he effortlessly facilitated the payment plan so that this could happen immediately. D.C was professional, competent, efficient, respectful and cheerful. The gas leak situation had been really stressful for me, and I was so relieved to have it all repaired complete with a shiny new stovetop.
