Hunter Isuzu UTE

Took my 2018 dmax in for major service. They reported number plate bulbs out, picked up vehicle to later discover on dark i had no plate lights (one of them dangling down on towbar) & no tail light on one side which affected my trailer plugs.Returned to isuzu the morning after to have receptionist seek Answers to only be told another receptionist (not there to defend herself) blamed for not reporting alleged wiring issue to me & that it was missed on a page with a list of other checks. (Blame game) & to refer this to an Auto Electrician offsite.I was promised a refund of the lights $25 (still waiting)For something that all working (minus one number plate light i forgot about) as why when i received the request for replace i approved it.I filed a complaint with isuzu to only receive a call playing blame game about missed paper work that miraculously appeared. Yet no one there could diagnose how a number plate globe change could set off a chain of problems.The phone call ended in me hanging up after they refused to compensate after the manager told me Goodluck proving we caused it" after i told them they would be liable for all costs incured to repair their stuff ups. They offered to have the vehicle back for a free assessment to quote their end to repair (im not giving them another cent)Ute was out of action for 24 hours while i found an Auto Electrician to fix their mistakes to find a fuse had blown all this from isuzu service shorting it putting a bulb in.Upon further investigation the auto leco found 2 parker lights were also out (despite isuzu service listing all lights were checked)Very disappointed in the way Hunter Motor Group handled this matter considering it was $1

My partner dropped in her Isuzu MUX off for 40K service and asked if the tyres could be rotated as still original tyres fitted but becoming worn, mainly the front tyres.They rotated the tyres, however they had the pleasure in charging $40.00 to say you should replace your tyres so I was charged $40.00 for that privilege. Why did they bother to rotate if they were that worn???Also the battery required replacing an additional $200.00 I could have supplied my own battery at a lower price than $200.00Just another warning, had wiper blades replaced during a service something like a $70.00 extra charge.I asked how do you justify that cost? I was told, I don't have to justify anything as that's what we charge $160.00 per hour.Go to Repco, Supercheap or Autobarn and they will fit wiper blades for free if you ask.PS: Thanks for having the air con set at 18 degrees and none of the radio stations tuned back in after the battery weas replaced.Can I charge back for my time to re-tune it? Maybe $40.00 and my rates are a lot less than $160.00 per hour.Neil.

Long story short people. Buying the car from here was the worst experience ever, the service dept continues to carry the same flag and isn't much better.I say to myself everyday, I should've bought another Toyota"."

Tried to book a service, called day before to confirm with no booking in the system. Courtesy car was booked for a completely different day to what the service should have been (if it was actually booked). Rescheduled, however no confirmation text was sent. Called back to request confirmation, booking hadn’t gone through. Very frustrating. Went to Muswellbrook booked in quickly and easily.

Had an awesome experience here. Savannah was absolutely excellent - she didn't rush us and she wasn't pushy, she was super patient while I asked heaps of questions to get my head around all of the different grades, organised a test drive for us and was super friendly and personable. Thanks for a great experience buying my husband's first ever Brand new car" we can't wait for our new XT next year!"

Customer service from the service department is absolutely appalling. Three weeks now I’ve rang on multiple occasions to make a booking to carry out warranty works. I’ve even emailed management to see why nobody is calling me back, and not even they are! I could understand if I was being rude, but I’ve been nothing but polite and up until this point, extremely patient. Would not recommend buying from this dealership if you value after service.

I bought my Isuzu here 7 years ago, went there to get pricing on some accessories. Ended up talking about buying another D-Max. I has my ute serviced there for years. I always found everyone there to be professional, friendly and everything has always been done to a very high standard.
