MSY - Holden Hill

Worst experience, after a year of ongoing problems with a pc I bought from these guys and many times of them having it in for ‘warranty repairs’ for weeks and weeks on end, and now they can’t even give me a response or my money back. When I call about my pc which they currently have they just say somebody will email me, then they never do, they refuse to let me speak to a manager and apparently the stores literally don’t have phones even for their own team members to contact them with. You are one company so behave like one and stop behaving like you are all seperate entities that can’t communicate. This is not good enough and is enough for me to never give my business again and to tell friends and family not to shop here. Now give me my money back before I report you to the ACCC

Been shopping with MSY for years. They have a great range and the click and collect is just as quick as any other store. My go to store when I need parts urgently.

great for everything pc's. avoid holden hill store on saturday if you want competent service though

As far as parts and some deals go the store is pretty decent though it seems overall variety of stock has changed quite dramatically from time to time.Experience with the staff has been mixed. Mostly okay but have found the occasional interaction to be somewhat unhelpful. Worth a browse and to keep in mind but best to do your own research .

I wanted to give 5 stars but thanks to the call centre not knowing their products and been told sorry (it's always sorry ) we don't have that part so I went to the shop and the man in the shop looked at my Homebase 3 from eufy and straight away he said yep that's this part and showed me on the PC excellent service so it comes to show good old fashion service pays

Please don't advertise something that you don't have in stock. If I have to wait a week for you to get it in, I'll try Amazon or eBay who are cheaper and deliver in less time.

Always easy to buy items there. Staff are pleasant enough. I don't know whether they know anything. I always research what I want before going.

Great team at Holden Hill store. All the gang are really helpful and friendly.MSY have been my go to for the best part of two decades.Bravo for your help in getting an out of warranty motherboard repaired recently too. Couldn't have asked for a nicer bunch of guys to deal with.

Pretty good! Whilst they did not stock what I required, the staff were happy to provide not only additional advice (which was most helpful!), but also where I might be able to obtain the required part required they themselves didn't stock. Many thanks!
