Cannot thank costa and his team for all the help I got with my car accident. Very stressful time made easier with regular updates of what was happening and fantastic advice from costa about the process with my vehicle being written off. Highly recommend costa at sheens Croydon. Cannot thank them enough.

Costa and his team did a great job replacing the tailgate on my Ford Everest, a perfect repair. Pity that due to parts and labour shortages it took such a long time to get it done. However these are the post Covid times we now live in.

I had the worst experience ever here. It took almost 9 month to repair my car after the accident. They messed up with ordering the parts and once they received the parts after almost 7 month, they said we don't have enough staff to repair it so extra 2 month waiting to get the car back. and they returned the car with no oil in engine, they even did not check it!! Absolutely terrible customer service

Got a quote for minor repairs in December, was told it will be a while until they can complete the repair as it's a busy time. Got a call to drop the car in to start repairs at the start of February, approximately 4 weeks later than they originally estimated.Didn't hear anything for 3 weeks, called them only to find out they hadn't even started yet. Spoke to the owner and was abused and sworn at over the phone.Picked the car up so that I could use it whilst they were apparently waiting for the insurance company to approve the repairs.It's now been a further 8 weeks or so and I haven't had a call yet to bring the car back in to start work, however I have confirmed with the insurer that the repairs have been authorised months ago.Terrible customer service, and extremely poor organisational skills. I get that you're busy, but if you can't keep on top of your workload, don't take on more work.

Thank you.Update 11/05/2023.My concerns have all been satisfied. Very happy with the follow up and the work completed. Thank you for treating customers concerns with respect.

Dion was absolutely fabulous at ensuring my celica was fixed up well and truely. Him and his team at the croydon branch are professional in their demeanour and their physical work. I highly recommend you make the trip here to have your car repaired! Thanks Mate!

Sheen panels did a great job on my car and, even though they were badly backed up with jobs they worked with me to help me get my car back and did what they could in the circumstances. Work on the car is great quality.

I’d really like to personally thank and commend Costa and his team for a first class job on my Kia Stinger. Unfortunately my pride and joy was sideswiped while parked and they fled. Mine is a premium car and I needed a premium repair on it. Sheen Croydon excelled and nothing was too much trouble, even down to the minutest detail. Thanks Costa! I don’t plan on seeing you soon, but if I need you, I know where to go.

They sent me the link so at their peril. Took 7 weeks to do the job. Paint didn’t match. When I picked up the car it had 1 km to empty, just made it to the servo. One word…,bad.Update. They did contact me after the review went up and offered to respray the vehicle. So I’ll up them another star.

My repair is fantastic. Dino, Costa and Karen along with others working on my vehicle, carried everything off with aplomb. Despite some difficult circumstances they experienced along the way, at all times, they kept me informed. I knew where I stood and couldn't have been treated more professionally. A friendly, capable team!
