The Beauty & Brow Parlour Highpoint

I wanna thank Monica for her amazing service this morning. I went in looking like John Howard and walked out looking like a supermodel. She was gentle, thorough and precise. My brows and lip have never looked better!

I am sorry but it was terrible! She didnt sanitise or wiped my brow just started cutting my hairs whilst I had brow gel and make up on (I told her before we started) still left so much hair that needed be threaded plus the brush she used wasnt fresh!

Monica threaded my eyebrows perfectly and was the most gentle threader I’ve ever had! I always go to beauty brow parlour for a simple brow cleanup, but the way Monica did it looked better than I’ve ever had

I’ve been coming here for years but the quality of service has declined dramatically in the past year. Got my eyebrows waxed for the first time in a while as they always thread my brows too thin, and you can barely tell I’ve had them done. Got home and noticed that all my hairs are still there. I couldn’t tell until I got home as my eyebrows were severely itchy as there was no aftercare provided. Paid $18 for absolutely nothing. Definitely the final straw for me and will no longer be returning - there are some way better salons in the centre that will do a MUCH better job

I have been a regular at the Highpoint location for quite a while now. I have always been happy with the service, and the girls were very friendly. Todays experience has completely scarred me (literally) and I will be finding a new brow threader in the area as a result.For a start it normally costs me $11 for a brow tidy, granted today I also got my upper lip done, but I was charged a whopping $28!The lady, Manu"

The ladies were efficient and helpful when waxing and tinting my eyebrows. I walked inwithout an appointment and was done within 10 minutes. The pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely go back in the future.

Horrible service by far. From the moment I sat down the Indian lady with long curly hair was very rough and arrogant. She would not admit to doing a terrible job and when I requested from her to fix it she made it even worst. She did not know how to wax and also was yelling at me and mentioning my family members whilst doing so. Very very rude and would not recommend this place to anyone. She ended up overcharging me on purpose and when I asked for my money back after seeing the bad job she did she was out of control. How is she working at all? She is not a people person and is so NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope you get left with no job.

Monika did a wonderful job. I felt listened to and cared for throughout my appointment. I highly recommend her services.
