Went in for a pedicure, the lady used a razor and took a big chunk of skin from my toe, the blood was pouring out,she didn't apologise and wasn't even going to put a bandage on, I had to ask her to,she acted like it was no big deal,the next few days I couldn't ware shoes, horrible service and professional.

I went once before and my SNS only lasted a few days. I thought I’d give them another chance but I wish I hadn’t! Very rude staff and disgusting service. I got my nails done and it was totally different to the colour which I picked. They then tried to blame me because I didn’t say anything earlier enough. I never said anything as I wasn’t sure what the end result would look like. Very disappointingI told them I wasn’t happy about paying for my nails since it’s not the result I asked for. They still charged and I wasn’t happy about my nails. I won’t be returning

Worst place to deal with. My daughter went to do nails today and they quoted $55 which was paid by my wife and she left.After nails were done thay asked for extra 10 dollars my wife called and paid via pay id given by the manager and texted my daughter the receipt. She showed the receipt to the lady who did the nails.. and walked out.. another woman chased her down to the entrance and said she had not paid and brought my daughter and made sit inside and had told her she can't leave unless she paid despite the fact her showing the receipt. Manager had to come out and let her go.This place is run by a bunch of bloody losers. They should not be allowed to run this business. Bunch of crooks who pry on children. I will not recommend anyone to use their services.I WILL NOT GIVE ANY STARS FOR THIS BUSINESS.

Best nails - ask for Minnie. I had salons myself for 30 years and am very fussy. Checked out the reviews and they were horrible. But thought I would try them anyway as I can always ask them to stop if I didn’t like itMinnie was lovely, and clearly was very experienced and quailified the ‘old way’ as that is the bestBest nails I have had done since I had my old salonHighly recommend asking for Minnie

I got sns and they didn’t last at all mayb 3 days then they started cracking, people very rude in there. I would never recommend .

I got a great pedicure at a reasonable price, and everyone was super nice. I will definitely return.

Horrible customer service.. they don’t even provide the service that the charge for. V v rude staff.. had visited them to get my pedicure and they did a horrible job... left with my feet worse than I went with.. never again!

Showed up at 4 and was told no because they couldn't be bothered. They said they wanted to get out at 5pm… i’m sure an hour was enough for infills but ok..

I read the reviews and was totally convinced not to come here. But, after having troubles of not finding a nail salon to fit me in I decided to call and they booked me in for 5:30. They started my nails at 5:50 (bare in mind that it is that time of year, I was a little annoyed but I could see that they were busy and would have been exhausted by this time of the day too). They did my nails, but didn’t mention that ombré would cost me more, which was also a little annoying.. but Minnie did such a good job, and I was really happy with the result - gotta take the bad with the good sometimes! So yeah, a couple of issues in time and price (I’d do 3.5 to 3.8 if I could!) but I walked out with really pretty, beautifully shaped nails.
