Clear Health Psychology Hillarys

There is a guy who is a psychologist who works there, unfortunately I do not know his name and he is completely rude. My sister works for an aged care agency who assisted her client to her appointment. My sister is new to this industry and also never been to the clinic there before. She was spoken to like trash by the male psychologist who came out to the carpark where the client was having her appointment and blasted her for not being INSIDE the building waiting for the client... even though both him and the client said that my sister could wait outside in the car if she liked. .His words were: can you make sure next time you are waiting IN the building"... he was visibly irritated and spoke in a scolding manner... the client later apologised to her and said that he is the sort of person who "likes people to be precise and on time and expects it".... What sort of "psychologist" speaks to ANYONE with such disrespect and unempathetic disregard. How completely intolerable. I will be making dead certain that NONE of my family or friends ever see a male psychologist from that place. A client of a professional should NEVER have to apologise for the "professionals" behaviour. The client was clearly apologetic as she mentioned that she was sorry about the incident multiple times on the ride home.... I would HATE to know how he speaks to his family or children if he will verbally blast a perfect stranger for literally doing what they were told. I hope you read this you miserable man and go get some help YOURSELF!!!!! Complete TOOL!"

Donna from the Hillarys clinic is lovely and makes me feel very comfortable, I was hesitant to begin this journey but after a few sessions I wish I had started sooner. I feel much more insightful and am excited for the progression.Couldn’t recommend her enough.
