Great time to gather ideas. No visitors due to the current financial crisis

proven unprofessional and disappointing...my experience is nothing short of a nightmareAfter obtaining a quote from the sales consultant I have signed a preliminary agreement with Brighton & was given a timeframe of 4 weeks to give me final price (CT)/plans/engineering. After 4 weeks they delivered nothing; they have sent me the quote again without developing it to a tender/contract price; the CT included plenty of errors and the site plan was incorrect. Apparently there was no internal checks whatsoever before sending the documents to the Client.They failed to provide set of drawings and failed to provide engineering & now they said they need another 4 weeks to fix it. Apparently Brighton has taken more work that they can deliver and now they are keeping clients waiting forever after taking their deposits and failing to deliver.The sales consultant advised that the CT was suppose to turn the allowances made in the quote to a fixed price so we know the exact price of build, however the C came back with allowances for items which can easily be calculated to their exact known quantities.Also, they don't allow anyone to make Studio selection so Clients know whether the final price will be within my budget. This means we have to waste 4-6 months for nothing though they promised completion of build within 10-12 months. They are hiding thier failure behind what's called the process"!When I voiced my concerns with them regarding the unexplained delays I got my contract cancelled!"

Although we haven't started the contract with Brignton homes, we already discussed many times. We appreciate Janise and Chris and your manager to carefully look into our land and give us practical solutions regarding our land and easement.I think with your professional support, the result of the building will be very good and meet our expectation.

Lovely display homes, Janise provided me the best service. She was very helpful on the day we visited, and prompt with follow up as well.

Seriously the most beautiful display homes I have walked through. So wonderfully designed and all aspects considered. Lots of luxury inclusions, very affordable too. Chris and Janise at the display were professional, organized and were always there to answer questions.

After visiting this display home site at Rochdale Was interested in getting some more information and a quote for a new home. Sent the sales assistant a voice mail twice to his mobile phone with no response. Then left a voice mail twice on the land line for the company, with no response. Then drove to the Rochdale display site to make an appointment, only to have that appointment cancelled by the sales person. Saying that Brighton homes couldn’t take our job due to overflow water survey map of our existing property. Found the sales person disinterested and unprofessional. If he didn’t want our business he should have been upfront about it and not waste our time. Have been to other building companies and none of them had an issue with building on our site. Just to be clear Brighton Homes are building a home just around the corner from our site and it’s on the same overland water flow map area, so I don’t understand why our build was rejected by them. Found the whole experience by them very unprofessional.

Poor communication. Disorganised administration. Decided not to build after minimal interaction with. Good house designs, was told conflicting information. Thank you for your reply and building scope? A half acts block of land... that we were prepared to level. Building scope? This also doesn't explain no reply to emails, phone calls etc.

Excellent customer service, very attentive. The staff there provide very professional advice on building. Nice homes to look at.

Really helpful staff, esp Janise , giving me professional advice and suggestions. Good follow up.

The team in rochedale - Chris and Janise are amazing. My partner and I had many questions regarding knock down rebuild and they were very helpful. My emails and calls were promptly answered, I never felt stupid asking questions that I clearly had no idea with.
