I would personally like to thank Benji for all of his help with my stressful visa issue. I contacted pocket legal over the 2022 holidays, not expecting to hear back from them until the new year. I received a call from Benji only 10 minutes after making my enquiry. After taking the time to listen to my long and confusing visa story, Benji assured me that he would be able to help me out and that everything would be fine. Over the phone he then proceeded to walk me through the process of re-applying for my visa without charging me anything. Mind you this was all over the holidays where he could have been spending time with his family. Earlier in the month of June 2023, I was very confused about Bridging Visa B, either it is allowed for a holiday/travelling reason or not (because the Home Affairs did mention we must have substantial reason, which I thought it is only for urgent matter).
