Such a lovely experience! The nail technicians were very attuned to detail, took their time and were receptive to questions and requests. I got a mini heart design and the patience she took to get them perfect was above and beyond. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing and I never felt rushed. Can’t wait to go back

I am extremely disappointed with the services and staff at nailspa. I had gotten a french manicure, and four days after it started to peel off. I had payed $55 and my money was wasted. The staff are extremely rude and do not compensate what-so-ever. Guys, do not waste your money here, there are better nail salons.

I come here pretty often, but today I pay $40 for just change colour, when I was shaping my nail one lady come over telling me what I paid does not include shaping, only can remove the previous nail polish in the middle of my process. Also I just knew I need to pay extra to get extra curvy for my French tip. Very disappointed

The people here are great. My favourite is Lani, Jeremy French tip gel on natural nails is amazing. So neat, she has great precision and 10 years experience, I learned! Great shop, clean and tidy.

Rip off. They don’t change gloves between customers. Jumps from one customer to another with the same pair of gloves. No gloves when doing foot care and this is very bad for infection.. This is how you get nail fungal infection easily!!!Always money hungry. Asked to get both fingers and toe nails painted and price quoted was $70 and from getting infills done and toe nails done( without spa, just nail painted), by the time I got to pay, I got charged $110 for a hopeless job. Never going back there again. Other ladies are fine, it’s the boss lady that’s rude and doesn’t know what she’s doing but rips you off.
