Absolutely amazing gin! So helpful and friendly and the gin, vodka and liqueur is beautiful. There is also the delightful home made ceramics for sale as well. Really enjoyed our time, thankyou!

The most hospitable and accommodating couple for our recent birthday celebration. Dave and Jen went above and beyond for us and we couldn't have asked for a better afternoon. Absolutely beautiful gin and cocktails. Do yourself a favour and visit this lovely place!

Totally love this place, friendly and he is really enthusiastic about gin. I will highly recommend keeping a few of his seasonal gin as they might be limited edition.

Fantastic place to visit. Dave was friendly, attentive and happy for a chin wag. We really enjoyed the tasting which made it hard to shortlist what we ended but buying. Great vibes, friendly dog (it's a friendly welcome bark). Highly recommended to anyone visiting the NE. This will definitely become a local recommendation.

I do not like gin - I do not drink gin - I do not drink gin - and then I met Dave at Barking owl and he took me on a flavour journey like no other. His bathtub gin with a slice of dried lemon and half a dozen black peppercorns was a game changer for me! His suggestions of a slice of red capsicum and a slice of cucumber was another journey again. As for his Black Russian ( are we allowed to talk about Russians?) well this was another journey again. Now for those skiers and cyclists out there - the winter gin is off the charts and my mind was blown yet again. I am a wine tour manager and we have put this place on our itinerary as it just so good.
