Just had an awful experience as a first time shopper. Got assistance after waiting 10mins and then the shop assistance dissapeared another 15mins after leaving us with the requested pair of shoes. On return kindly asked: “How did we go???”.And i am a first time and last time shopper.

I have been shopping at this store for over 10 years now and i just love the service i get everytime! Such great people to deal with! Management especially!

A staff overheard my comment to my partner on how confused I was they close early on Boxing Day and she came out to berate us, extremely rude for something I didn’t personally direct at her, rather the entire franchise. Nothing online stated it closed early on Boxing Day so how were we to know?

Just had the most awful experience here. My partner and I came at 4:15 as we thought it closed at 5:30pm as that’s what it said on google, Facebook, insta,etc. When we got there the place was shut so we stood there and started saying how it’s a bit disappointing it’s closed so early on Boxing Day and it didn’t say online. Then all of a sudden a lady opens the doors and starts yelling at us (she’d obviously been eves dropping) telling us “We shut early because I have a life!!” and absolutely ripping into us over nothing. I couldn’t even speak I’ve never been spoken to in such a manner. I tried to explain that we weren’t talking about her and we were just sad it didn’t say online what time it closed and we’re talking about the franchise. She then proceeded to say “Yeah yeah sure ok!” and slammed the door in our faces. I’ve been a loyal customer here for 7 years and now I’ll never go back. I’m also not one to leave negative reviews but this lady had us in tears she was so mean.

My daughter and I came into the store on Saturday. I must mention the store was very busy; but we were greeted by a very friendly staff member; who appeared to be handeling a few other tasks within the store. She approached us as she busily walked past and asked if we required some assistance. This lovely lady was most professional and extremely friendly; she took the time to explain the products we were looking at purchasing. She kept checking in with my daughter and myself; while assiting other customers.We will be definately be returning again. Excellent customer service and how refreshing to be greeted by a friendly staff member!Thank you Michelle!

Large store. generally helpful staff. lots of matchy matchy. not so much for pony sizes though. Usually parking is ok. Has everyday items - grooming, health, saddlery, clothing, boots (horse and rider), supplements etc. Not a huge variety of brands, but that’s just horseland.
