Took a client specifically to Robins Kitchen Brookside to buy a set of new saucepans. Before we could even get close to the door we were turned away by the woman hovering around the front door because my client was in a wheelchair. She rudely said that we cannot come in with a wheelchair. She didn't even ask what we were after or if she could help us despite not having a single customer in the store. Felt very embarrassed and upset for my client and as a result we got his saucepan set from Target instead. Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone the customer service is non existent

On the 18th of July I bought a large Pepper shaker for $35.00 & a pair of small salt & pepper shakers for less! Very friendly service provided!

Quite disappointed as asked staff if products were all inclusive eg salt and pepper shakers and the guy said was for the pair. When I got to check out they were individually priced. Cancelled the order and peeved that they wasted my time.

buying boxed saucepan sets can be tricky as we have an induction cooktop and some do not fit. As buying a set they will not honour returns as not faulty albeit individual items are unable to be used.Very rude in the process of trying to return/exchange product.Be very carefully of warranty offered and no assistance from head office after numerous calls and emails.Now having to seek address via Fair Trading not a happy experienceit took several months but now all sorted.........................
