Sam did an excellent job of our end of lease clean. He also refunded my accidental double payment quickly which I really appreciated. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for professional Gold Coast bond cleaning.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We had a mix up of dates but Sam was super flexible and ensured he could get the job done. Sam was amazing from the start. He replied promptly and made effort to give us a quote upfront in person to ensure there weren’t hidden cost. He did a quality clean of our 2 bedroom place including carpet clean and our real estate manager mentioned how clean it was. He was very polite and friendly throughout the whole process, and such a down to earth guy we felt we could trust, especially as we’re interstate for the clean so couldn’t be there on the day. Sam made an effort to liaise with our real estate manager in the lead up to and post clean to ensure we got our bond back. 10/10 would recommend Sam.

Highly recommend for Gold Coast Bond Clean, the place looks immaculate. Sam went above and beyond moving the day last minute due to some building work delay. Overall amazing service. Will be using Gold Coast Clean and Sheen again in the future for high quality cleaning!

Had our end of lease clean done by Gold Coast Clean and Sheen, which included carpet cleaning and the pet clean. Did an awesome job, was on time and carried out the work without a hassle, had a few very minor things the real estate agent picked on (splitting hairs really) and they organised themselves with the real estate agent to rectify the issues the following business day. Could not be happier with the work done and the professionalism. Would definitely use again and highly recommend Sam and his team.

Could not have been happier with this company!! The owner is SO lovely, very responsive and came out to the job almost immediately. Sam and his team were professional, clean, friendly and did a fantastic job. The price was very competitive but most importantly I received an amazing job from an owner who ensures he goes above the expectations of his clients. Do not spend your money anywhere else!

Excellent job of cleaning our rental for the bond return. Took care of everything that needed to be done with the property manager and we received the full bond refund! Can absolutely recommend Gold Coast Clean & Sheen.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience with this company. We hired them for an end-of-lease cleaning but it turned out to be a really bad experience. After the cleaning was finished, we went to inspect the property before handing it over to the real estate and we realised that a few spots were missed, the oven wasn't cleaned as well as some parts of the floor. Then, we let them know that the real estate probably wouldn't approve it and they simply said to wait for their feedback so they could come back and fix any issues.As expected, the real estate return a long list of items to be repaired and they had to go to the property again to fix all issues. In the meanwhile, we had to travel overseas due to a family emergency but we kept in touch with the real estate and the cleaning company because we were most interested in handing over the keys and getting our bond back.However, a very odd situation happened. The cleaning company hide the property keys because they thought we wouldn't pay for their services as we had travelled overseas (?) so after a long chat with the real estate, they decided to say where was the keys however the real estate prohibited them from returning to the property in case it was necessary due to their unprofessional behaviour.After the real estate let us know about the situation, we texted the cleaning company to clarify the situation. They said that because they had some bad experiences" in the past they were concerned we wouldn't pay them as we were overseas which does not make any sense. Just to clarify that the deal was to pay a deposit to book their service (what we did) and then transfer the rest amount after the job was completed and approved by the real estate (which wasn't the case at that time). Anyway
