The professional no fuss approach of both Rod and Theresa took the stress out of the transaction and directly led to fast (within 2 weeks) sales. Theresa is a true professional and so easy to work with. She knows her game and communicated with very effectively at every stage of the marketing and sale. Theresa is a true gem and Ray White Nolan and Iken are so fortunate to have her on their team!

We purchased our first house in The Ponds through Ray White Rod Nolan and Theresa. They were very professional. Specially we dealt with Theresa throughout the whole process who was very kind, helpful and responsive. Great experience buying the property.

Overall we did have a good experience in selling our property with Ray White Nolan and Iken. In the end, we did achieve the desired result, however, I must say that Theresa Scholtz was quite underhanded in the way she dealt with the advertising of our property.I explicitly told Theresa that she was not to list our property before professional photographers could come and photograph our house. She suggested that it would be better if she could arrange to come and view the property and take photos on her phone and list the property earlier. I told her several times on the conversation that I did not want to list low quality photos of our house and wanted to wait for the professional photographer.We hadn't been able to show her the property as we had tenants in there. After our tenants moved out, we went over to the property to repaint one of the rooms and asked Theresa to come over so we could show her around. I noticed that as my husband was showing her around the property, she was taking photos with her phone. When I spoke to her about it and again reminded her that I did not want her to list the property without consulting us first, she had the audacity to lie to my face and say the photos were only for her reference.A few days later, to my horror, my husband received an email and message to say that the property had been listed even though it was a few days before the professional photographers were due to come. When I opened the Domain link, lo and behold were the photos that Theresa had taken with her phone camera showing our property in poor lighting.When I rang her to ask her to take the listing down, she replied that there would be a cost in getting it taken down and relisted - which she would charge us for despite the fact that she was the one who had gone behind our back in listing it in the first instance.Anyone with a brain would know that first impressions of a property are everything. If I was a potential buyer and saw that, I would think that the owners had replaced the original photos of the property with Photoshopped photos and skip over the listing.I expressed my disappointment to Theresa in her actions, lies and failure to rectify the her mistake and make the customer wear the cost of her mistake, but the damage had unfortunately already been done.We did luckily get the price that we wanted, thanks to the Rod and his team. But I cannot say the same for Theresa. She represents every negative cliche about real estate agents.

I engaged with this group to manage my property in Riverstone 2 years ago, and in the last 12 months they couldn't have delivered a poorer or more frustrating experience, they failed to do even the basics of property management - treated our tenant really badly never fixing items (meaning we lost a great tenant), never replied to emails or phone calls in a timely manner, never produced a proper incoming report of property status for the tenant, so now we have no idea what damage was done by the tenant and what damage was prior. They are extremely unprofessional, I complained numerous times to the management who didn't really care. Their agency is mess right now, I moved to a new group and they are great, wishing that I had done this 6-12 months earlier and not given Ray White Nolan and Iken a second chance.

Didnt value business. I had approached them for being rental agent for my property, they took details and never reverted.To give them benefit of doubt that they might have copied wrong details I called them a week later and left a voicemail along with details and still no revert.I was better off taking my business elsewhere who immediately latched onto the opportunity.Thanks for good learning guys, I won't deal with this branch or broader Ray White group ever again as these are basic checklists that should be there across each location.

Easily one of the worst experiences I have had with an agency by far, pure greed and absolutely no transparency with buyers throughout the process. The property was advertised to go to auction and then 1 week prior to it, they sent out a mass message to all interested buyer telling them the property was selling prior and they needed their best offer within 48 hours along with a signed contract, 66W, and a 10% cheque. Not only this buyers were given no indication of where their price had to be, I have many colleagues in the industry everyone i have spoken has indicated this strategy is done out of greed and fear that the property may not sell for the highest price at auction. would highly NOT recommend buying, selling, renting or even dealing with this agency.

The worst real estate by far. Multiple repairs ignored, claimed we were $650 behind in rent when the ledger states we have been 3 days behind since December 2021 - although we’re unaware until February 2023. All emails & calls were ignored. Bree is the laziest, most ignorant and rudest property manager I’ve had all together. We have been beyond disappointed. We were also ignored when we reported a roller blind had fallen down, along with the bracket - right on top of my sons cot while he was sleeping. Only missing his head by a centimetre. If the cot rail was down the metal bracket definitely would have split his head - yet again no care factor from this horrible real estate. Stay away - far away.

I first contacted Adam about 2 years ago, seeking advice about selling land in Vineyard that we had owned for about 40 years. He was knowledgeable and helpful, returning calls and remembering past conversations, qualities that are appreciated by buyers and sellers alike. Adam did an excellent job organizing the recent auction and sale under very difficult and trying conditions.....we could not have managed without him.

Hard to contact agents.Somehow, they fail to realise that our rent was reduced and continued charging us the full amount did you do this there is a scar on our record, even though we have always been a week ahead on rent payments.I’m also told that when the properties they are managing transition out of their hands and make a little to no effort to provide the correct information to the new property agents.

We signed contract with Rod and Theresa to sell our house and they are amazing. Every details are clear throughout the whole process and communication is also outstanding. They are not only experienced and professional, but also hard working and secured the buyer with the last property open just before Christmas. I highly recommend Rod and Theresa from Ray White Nolan & Iken!
