Hassle free booking with very reliable sms text reminders. Was treated by Viviana Liou who was very polite and professional. My 81year old grandmother was not very well educated and has poor health literacy but Viviana took the extra time to explain the process and testing to her in simple terminology which put her at ease. The hearing aids were worth every cent and they are so comfortable that my grandmother sometimes forgets she that was even wearing them!! Highly recommended!

Cannot commend Kate and Lauren highly enough. My 100 yr old Grandmother is a patient of the Burwood store and we have had the best experience with them both. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they go out of their way to make sure Nan is safe, looked after and back in her taxi to get her safely home. 10/10

I have been a client for Hearing Professionals, Burwood for several years now and highly recommend them for 5 very good reasons. 1) They have a service culture rather than a sales culture. It's about doing the right thing by the customer with Hearing Profressionals. 2) They have the fairest and best hearing aid prices and are transparent with their pricing. As I have saved more than $3000 on a set of hearing aids by going through Hearing Professionals, I am more than happy to pay a modest service fee for annual hearing tests to support their business. This is the business model that other audiology clinics should be adopting. I really resent audiology business models where annual hearing tests are free, but they profiteer on the cost of the hearing aids 3) You are treated with respect at Hearing Professional and not as a cash cow, which occurs in more sales oriented audiology clinics. 4) They are an independant audiologist not aligned with a particular manufacturer. Some years ago, I compared their recommended hearing aid against an equivalent model from another independent audiologist. After testing both recommendations, I found that Hearing Professional's recommendation for a particular model outperformed other audiologist's recommendation. I therefore TRUST Hearing Professionals to always recommend the best possible hearing aids. 5) I needed to make a warranty claim on my hearing aids a month before it expired, and Hearing Professionals honoured that claim without a fuss.You can't go wrong if you choose hearing professionals to provide for your audiology needs.

Hearing Professionals at Middleborough Road, Burwood, have been helping me with my hearing difficulties for about 8 years now. The reason I keep going back to them is that they are not only professional, but also caring and friendly in the way they work Their Audiologists are caring and considerate of my circumstances and always give me great service.Their Receptionist/Girl Friday, Kate, has been particularly great, providing me with excellent professional friendly service, especially at times when I have called in unannounced with a query or problem. Kate always goes the extra mile and has certainly proved herself to be a great team member and a very friendly, welcoming face to the clientele at Burwood.Bev Pay
