These guy fitted a Solar Hart Hot water system on my roof in the wrong place it took a few calls but they did come back and did do it correctDavid came himself and a very nice guy

Today, probably one of the hottest days of the year so far, Zac and the crew installed a Solahart Sun Cell 12.8kW PV system for us. They arrived on time. Were well prepared. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and very polite. They listened when we needed some clarification and answered all our questions fully and respectfully. They were all so polite and even gave me a helping had to get around when they saw me struggling. The young members of the crew who worked on getting us solar hot water were also wonderful and found a great way to tweek our existing system to take advantage of the new solar system. They even cleaned up after themselves. Before they left they gave us an explanation, in language we could understand, of how the system works and what to do if anything were to ever go wrong. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great company to install a solar system for them. BTW the office staff were great too! Very helpful and focussed on customer service!

Thank you David Lewis Plumbing for always being so reliable. It was great to have the hot water system fixed and working again so promptly. It would of been tuff bathing the kids in cold water tonight.Thank you,

Had a solahart hot water system fitted in January and have had nothing but problems. The installer scratched our new gutter and roof, he got himself stuck to our roof by putting silicone on his boots, he flooded our bathroom as when he cut the hose he let the water flow through our ceiling (our light still doesn't work), we are still waiting for them to put an overflow pipe on and every morning we have cold showers. We have to leave our electricity booster on just to ensure we have hot water which means we're not saving any money at all. I would not recommend this hot water system or plumber.

HOW GREAT, HOW THOROUGH, SO SO WORTH ITHAVE 2 REAL HOT SHOWERS EACH DAY, HAVE TO ADD COLD WATER, DO WASHING, WASHING DISHES PROPERLY AS THERE IS ALWAYS PLENTY OF HOT WATER, THEN MY EVENING SHOWER.THE MEN WHO INSTALLED THE SOLARHART, HOW GREAT AND THOROUGHTHANK YOU IINSTALLERS SO SO MUCHSIMPLY THE BEST, OH YES U TOO NEIL, WHEN I HAD MANY QUESTIONS, U GAVE ME ANSWERS YEP COMMUNICATION WAS A1WHEN MY ELECTRICITY SOLAR BREAKS DOWN, THEY SAID, YES WE WILL LOOK AFTER YOU (WOW)TAKE CARE BOYS, AND EVERYONE ELSE AT DAVID LEWIS PLUMBING (LISMORE)ROSIE (Tweed heads sth)

Adrian and team did an excellent job of installing our Solar Hot Water. We've had it going now for a couple of months, and haven't had to use the booster switch or instant gas - not even once! Great being powered by the sun. Adrian and team were friendly and got the job done as promised. Highly recommended and many thanks guys.

We went through some obstacles but in the end we got what we wanted. They were patient and persistent to get the job done right

Called at lunchtime for a hot water system dead in the water. They had it fixed that afternoon.

I had my Solar hot water replaced. I thought I would have to wait a few weeks but they had it installed and running in less than a week.
