Clarence Town Medical Centre

I'm very upset how I have been getting treated at this medical centre. My past few appointments haven't been on time at all. Very disappointing! Shows how much this medical centre cares about people's health conditions. It doesn't take over two hours for a phone appointment.Something needs to be done about this as it's getting ridiculous and worse each time.

Dr Hassan is the best

Unprofessional and rude. Go somewhere else if you want to see a caring doctor.

Excellent Service. My Husband Sees Dr Hassan and absolutely Praise him, whereas I have seen Dr May and she is absolutely a gem.Highly Recommended.

***I cant give NO stars because it wont post*** so you get 1***I am very disappointed in this medical centre, its now TWICE that my partner and I have had a bad experience here. We have not long moved to the area and were looking to be acquainted with a new doctor.But instead we're given very poor service.My partner today had a phone consult at 10.30am, as nice people that we are waited and waited an waited for the call and at 1.30 decided to give a courtesy call to find out what was going on, only to be told they don't know. And than at 4.50pm we phoned back AGAIN! To be put through to the doctor and as it was 5pm their home time, she had absolutely NO time for my partner. He needed a doctors certificate for an ongoing problem, which they would have that on file mind you". And needed one extra thing but she hung up on him mid conversation! I am absolutely saddened with this medical centre. Will not be going back."

Easy no fuss great Doctors, nurse and reception staff .

clearance medical practice is best medical care center and docter are the most helpful and guide about the situation on every time.i am fully satisfied about the treatment of the docters about my problem.

Worst doctors, didn’t call back with abnormal blood results, then wouldn’t let me have a copy of them. Forgot about booked appointments, generally terrible to deal with. Very disappointing and a risk to your health to go here.
