Purchased a part and a week later order canceled without any notification or email.still wont respond to emails, has no problem taking my money however.,

Poor customer service and postage delay. Please do not order on their website. Use ebay to have some accountability. I was shown the their customer service

They sent the wrong thing (dropshipped), said immediate dispatch on the website when I ordered. Had to call after 2 weeks of not recieving the part, they said its on backorder. When I recieved the item, which was the wrong item that does not fit, the item was a 3rd party (knock-off).Had to send this back on my expense.They have still not processed the refund, when asking about this they are being argumentitive.I got the right part by phoning the manufacturer, for a better price than Salin.

Purchased 3 new fridges, their website and ebay store stated they were in stock, 2 days later after no communication and phone ringing out, I was told they didn't have any and this was not their fault they sold out. He constantly tried to yell over the top of me all the time then I finally get a refund $120 less because they have expenses I was told........ never again will I have anything to do with this business and do yourself a favor, go elsewhere as this online experience was disgusting

Sent cheap copies of advertised bearings that were completely wrong size. Took forever to send new correct size. Still sent cheap copies even after being asked to send proper ones as advertised. Sent used parts instead of new. Says he will refund but never does and has no intention. Really wish i had of read all the negative reviews before i bought from him. Do NOT purchase from this business! May as well of flushed my money down the toilet.

I have had a very poor experience with this company. Their service is very unprofessional as they do not follow up with their customers. I found myself always having to contact them about information regarding my purchase and delivery time. They never would contact me if there was a delay or any update on my delivery. They would always make excuses for the delay and their unprofessional service. I would not recommend this company.

Really greedy and dishonest, I bought a wash plate (Haire washing machine) it should come with a screw and small cover .. but he decided to sell me everything separated. His price on ebay is $ 50 and he charged me $ 10 for the screw after negotiation he charged me $55.

These guys are absolute degenerates. Worst customer service ever bought a commercial fridge in august of 2022 ask for a large 530lt but was sold a 430lt for $1100 we have had nothing but problems only been 1 month found these clowns on ebay (snow*boy) nothing but a bunch of rip off merchants so much for warranty we have problems with the fridge he promised to ring back never did still waiting months later for call back warranty will soon run outTHE FRIDGE JUST DIED ONLY HAD IT FOR 3 MONTHS THIS PERSON DOESNT CARE ABOUT WARRANTY SO I HAVE LOST $1100 DOLLARS AND HAVE NO FRIDGE DON'T BUY FROM THEM AS I HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK OR FRIDGE FIXEDavoid these clowns spend your money elsewhere see reviews from others who have been ripped off

I bought a fridge relay starter part from their eBay store (snow*boy) and was sent the wrong part. Image and description on the eBay ad matched what I needed but they sent wrong one. Refused to admit any fault until I posted negative feedback. Said they'd send me correct item but 4 days later I haven't heard anything and they won't respond to my emails.EDIT: The correct part did finally arrive but they still didn't respond to any of my emails. Buyer beware!
