Sureguard Fencing

I purchased a Sureguard PinggString cat fence 3 years ago for our townhouse in Melbourne. I had to disconnect it to carry out renovations recently and the inbuilt battery ran flat. I returned it to Sureguard so they could check it out and they fixed it and returned it at minimal charge in a short timeframe. The products and backup service are top class!

I ordered Pingg string 3 years ago and had a great experience at that time with service and support. Recently, I needed some more assistance with the equipment I ordered years ago and the service was equally fantastic. Brad was so patient and helpful with my many questions. In May 2018 we purchased Electric fence to keep in our cat. We had spent the previous year trying everything possible to keep Bailey in, without any success. From the first contact with Sureguard, it was a hassle free experience. Ordered, supply was quick, putting into place was very easy, questions answered when needed. Bailey got a couple of saps, and hasn't got out since. We did have an opossum try to come in, breaking a post in process. Replacement was sent. We first bought one of their products over 8 years ago (Solar Powered Wireless Dog Electric Fence). It's been great. We recently encountered some problems with the energiser and contacted them for help to troubleshoot the issue. Their support and customer service is excellent. We've had no problems dealing with this company or using their product. Our dogs may not appreciate their product - but we do!!!

Have two dogs which continuously fought with the dog next door through the timber paling fence then turned on each other. To stop this we put up a fence around the fence using star pickets and panels, still poor behaviour, then built a new 2m high colourbond fence, then had to cemented underneath as they commenced to dig under, then put a plank against the fence, then pegs to hold this in place, then larger pegs as they still moved them before finally giving in to purchasing this fence. What a difference it has made! It's amazing, does not hurt the dogs, just a little zap, they stay right away even if the other dog is calling from the other side. I just wish we had found out about this fence over a year ago and saved us some work! Excellent, brilliant and fantastic!

I'm very happy with the cat fence solution from sureguard. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. It was reasonably priced, arrived within a couple of days, and was easy enough to put together. Bought the cat fence to put around the property just as COVID-19 started to pick up and we wanted to allow them out the back but not able to leave the property in case they got into fights and we were not able to take them to the Vet due to lockdown. Sureguard was the obvious choice as it was affordable, we were able to do it ourselves and it had a rechargable solar power battery. After a miscalculation on my part on the amount of wire i needed, the service was excellent to rectify my problem. Having the product for approx 6 months now, I can confirm my recommendation of this product!

Exceptional customer service from the team at Sureguard. Before even getting the fence installed they had earned a 5 star rating with their support.Now the fence is up and the cat doesn't go anywhere near it. He just looks at the top of the fence, gives a flick of his tail and walks away.Top product, highly recommend.
