The worst real state every, run from them they are such headaches, when I moved in to the apartment it was awful. Report arrived almost two months later and it was a report from 2018, the apartment had lots of issues and has never been fixed. After moving out they had never notified the new tenant to take over the electricity bill. They are the worst real state.

Do not deal with Edward Brine. He doesn’t respond to emails (even follow up emails), texts, voicemails, and phone calls. He claims he never received them which doesn’t make sense because I heard his personal greeting. I might as well deal with my tenant on my own than through this company. When he does respond, he makes plenty of excuses of not responding on time and he doesn’t want to relay the message to the intended party by making up a few other excuses which were not true in the end. Ridiculous company who can’t service its clients professionally.
